MEN’S MINISTRY GAME NIGHT

September 26 – The Hurm’s Barn at 6:30pm. Bring a game. Bring food to share. Bring a friend. See you there!

WOMEN’S MINISTRY CONNECT NIGHT

October 10 – Fellowship Hall at 6PM. Join us for a time of Testimony, Games and Fellowship. Bring your own dinner!

FORGET ME NOT MINISTRY

October 15 – Fellowship Hall at 6PM will be a gathering for ladies who have experienced Pregnancy & Infant Loss (Miscarriage, Stillbirth, Infant Loss). This will be a time of community & remembrance in honor of Heavenly babies. If you feel led to contribute to this ministry, please mark all donations as “PAIL” in the memo.

GOLD CITY QUARTET CONCERT

October 27 – WMBC at 6PM. Join us for a time of Southern Gospel music! Admission is free, and a love offering will be taken.

Candy Maze & Trail of tables is October 26! We will need lots of candy for all children attending. **NO PEANUTS** please! Donations can be brought by the church office.

HVAC CAMPAIGN

Several of our current HVAC systems are needing replacement. This is estimated to cost $80,000. We are prayerfully striving to raise this money before next summer. Please consider giving to the “Building Fund” to help us reach our goal.

Hello Church Family!

Walnut KidMin is in full swing.school year has started and that brings back our Walnut Kids Afterschool Program.have 58 students coming from Newton Parrish and they are being poured into daily.have already been 3 salvations this year.kids have been exposed to Jesus since at least last year and we are seeing fruits of the labor.God!out to Dayana if you would like to volunteer with this ministry!

Awana has also begun and the kids are memorizing God’s word and hiding in their hearts.are being provided for the kids and volunteers!is a huge blessing as it is difficult to get a meal in after work before coming to church to serve.consider separate giving as the Lord leads you to this ministry.

Bible study is currently working through the book of Genesis and learning “Who is God?is the Creator and King of Everything.”kids are engaged and being led by an incredible team of Bible study leaders.pray for our leaders and children as they study God’s word together.

In Kingdom Kids, Mrs. Stephanie is working our kids through the Book of John.is teaching various stories regarding Jesus’s early ministry. This past week she taught the kids about the money changers in the temple. She will be illustrating how Jesus fashioned a whip of cords and drove them out and turned the tables!

Dayana and I are blessed to be serving God at Walnut.want to thank all the volunteers for their hard work making this ministry what it is and our church family for supporting us as we have taken on this new role!seek us out if you want to know how you can serve in KidMin.you don’t, there is a good chance we will!
